Building Virtual Worlds is a course offered by Entertainment Technology Center at Carnegie Mellon University where students develop and iteratively refine interactive experiences including Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality, every 2-3 weeks in interdisciplinary teams. The experiences are built using Unity Engine.
For Ducks' Sake: HTC Vive
For Duck's Sake is a VR game where the player sees the world from a child's imagination. The child is in a bathtub, playing with rubber ducks. Crouching down under water, the player sees a whole new world where there are sharks trying to attack the ducks. The player has to save the ducks from the sharks.

that night: microsoft hololens
That Night is an AR project built using Microsoft Hololens platform. The player met with an accident last night and he uses Hololens as a device to retrieve his memory. Hololens scans each virtual item to uncover clues which lead the player to the next virtual item to be scanned, slowly discovering the entire event.

Flurry Fury is an AR game developed on Apple ARKit where the player has three stashes of carrots, hats and gloves respectively, and the player has to destroy the evil snowman approaching the stashes.

home: CAVe, kinect
Home is an interactive immersive experience where the player is a firefly and he has to rescue the other fireflies to its safe sanctuary. During this journey the player will experience some dangers.

You're fired: Oculus Touch, Virtuix Omni
You're Fired! is a VR game developed focusing on interactive storytelling. The player goes through a dream-like experience where the office catches on fire and the player has the superpower to freeze objects. The player has to use this superpower and evacuate people to the exit.
